Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
To ensure faster delivery and avoid additional import charges for our EU customers, most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lithuania (EU). Although our main company is based in Tenerife, we operate a local branch in Lithuania for smoother service across the European Union.
We also offer international shipping worldwide.
In Lithuania, we use services from various shipping companies and choose the ones that offer the fastest option at the time (if shipped from Lithuania) and we use CORREOS (if shipped from Tenerife) services for local and worldwide shipping.

The orders that are shipped from the Canary Islands, may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TULUA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
You can track your order in our tracking system MAIN MENU / TRACKING, as well as in https://www.post.lt/siuntu-sekimas or Correos delivery tracker - Locate any delivery and your local post office page.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tulua.store with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@tulua.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Uncollected Orders and Refund Policy
If an order is returned to us because it was not collected by the customer within the carrier’s specified time frame, the following terms apply:

Notification and Storage
We will notify you when your order has been returned to us. Returned orders will be stored for 14 days from the date we receive them. -
Reshipping
You may request to have your order reshipped within 14 days of our notification. Additional shipping fees will apply for resending the package. -
Refunds for Uncollected Orders
If you do not request reshipping within 14 days, the order will be canceled.
- A refund will be issued for the product(s) only, excluding the original shipping cost.

If the carrier charges return fees, these costs will also be deducted from your refund.
Note: Even if free shipping was applied at the time of purchase, the actual shipping and return costs incurred by the seller will be deducted from the refund for uncollected orders.

Failure to Contact Us
If we do not hear from you within 14 days, the items will be considered abandoned and may be returned to stock without further notice.
