Cancellation policy

You can request to cancel your order or change your purchase options as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

 Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tulua.store with your order number. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled in transit, but you may return the item(s) after delivery in accordance with our 14-day Return Policy. 

 Changes to Orders: If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating sizing or shipping details), please reach out immediately. We will do our best to accommodate requests before the order is dispatched.

 Refunds for Canceled Orders: If your cancellation request is approved before shipping, a full refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
